How much does it cost?

When am I charged?
Your payment is held when you fund a task and only released to the helper after you approve the completed work. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Who are the helpers?
Locals who want to help nearby. Helpers verify their identity, and you can review their profile, ratings, and past work before choosing — and message them first.
What if the task isn't done right?
Open a dispute in the app. Both sides can share photos and details, and our team reviews it for a refund, partial refund, or fair resolution.
